Effective November 1, 2013, OCHA will no longer mail printed statements to participating owners and managers. All statements will be accessible online at www.hapcheck.com. This new online system offers immediate access to payment information and allows owners/managers to view a list of all payments received for up to 18 months.
Direct Deposit Requirement
Effective November 1, 2013, all participating owners or managers must be enrolled in Direct Deposit. Those who are not already using Direct Deposit are asked to go to: ochousing.org/owner and follow the instructions and complete the necessary forms needed to set up for direct deposit of Housing Assistance Payments.
