OCHA is not accepting pre-applications for rental assistance at this time.

For changes in address or other family or employment changes, please complete the Waiting List Change Form and submit it OCHA using the contact information below. This will insure that OCHA has current information to contact you in the future.

If you submitted a pre-application between February 15, 2012 and February 29, 2012

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has published the 2012 Fair Market Rents.

Applicants who applied for rental assistance during February 2012 that need to make changes in address or other family or employment information please complete the Waiting List Change Form
