The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) administers rental assistance programs on behalf of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Due to the lapse in Congressional Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025, HUD is affected. However, the November 2025 Housing Assistance Payments have been issued and anticipate the December 2025 Housing Assistance Payments will be issued timely. OCHA remains open to serve the public.
