Partial Shutdown Federal Government Ended

The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) administers rental assistance programs on behalf of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   HUD has resumed operations following the end of the partial federal government shutdown November 12, 2025.  OCHA remains open and continues to serve the public.
