In compliance with United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) will be holding a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the draft Five-Year Public Housing Agency Plan for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2029 and draft Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for Fiscal Year 2025 (Plans). The Plans are a guide to OCHA policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Plans will be made available for public review on February 7, 2025, both online at www.ochousing.org/documents-forms and in hard copy format at our office location Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Written comments should be addressed to Orange County Housing Authority, 1501 E. St. Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA 92705, Attention: Kristine de Leon or via e-mail Kristine.deleon@occr.ocgov.com. All written comments received prior to the scheduled public hearing will be considered by Orange County.
The Public Hearing will be conducted by the Orange County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., The Board of Supervisors meet in the County Administration North, Board Hearing Room, First Floor, 400 W Civic Center Dr, Santa Ana. All persons either favoring or opposing the draft Plans for FY 2025 are invited to present their views in writing before the Board of Supervisors.
