In partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency (HCA), the Orange County Housing Authority has been awarded Mainstream Voucher Program funding to provide rental assistance to non-elderly homeless persons with disabilities.
Beginning in December 2018, OCHA will accept referrals for Mainstream Voucher Program rental assistance from HCA’s Whole Person Care (WPC) Program. Additionally, any persons who meet the conditions below may contact the Whole Person Care Program at (714) 834-2182 or OCHA at (714) 480-2747 for evaluation of their eligibility to assistance.
