In partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency (HCA), Orange County Housing Authority has been awarded Mainstream Voucher Program funding to provide rental assistance to non-elderly homeless persons with disabilities.
Beginning March 2020, OCHA will accept applications for our 2019 Mainstream Voucher Program allocation referred from HCA’s Whole Person Care (WPC) Program and the Orange County Coordinated Entry System.
