Through a partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Orange County Housing Authority will begin accepting applications for thirty (30) Studio Project Based Voucher (PBV) units, for homeless Veteran households, located at 2274 Newport Boulevard, Costa Mesa, CA 92627, on November 13, 2023. Please note, this opportunity is not for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.
Interested persons must meet the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) eligibility criteria, including VA health care eligibility, and be experiencing homelessness, as defined in the McKinney Homeless Assistance Act.
Preference will be given to those who meet HUD-VASH eligibility criteria and referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES).
